So easy to say, but we need to explain this to our client with positive scripting. All they wanted to get is GOOD numbers, it depends on their goal at the end of the day.
This is what I've learned as an agent, to put ourselves in our customer's shoes.
Our goal is to create this kind of content but we need to be more realistic.

I'm really amazed by ChatGPT.
We got a new client, and they availed our Social Media Media Management Service. I am still getting familiar with the type of content that applies to the client's niche, to be honest.
Tried to ask ChatGPT if they can create the type of content for that specific niche. And boom, I've got the answers I'm looking for!
I'm sharing this with my fellow Social Media Managers/Marketers so we can still help our clients by providing these strategies. Especially with the newbies, you can still learn from the ai tools and give us hope that we can add value and human touch to our strategy.
These might/might not work for their niche, but at least you can see what you can do for them.

‼️ I’ve seen so many people copy my stuff last 2022. I was hurt because we do our market research quarterly to write good stuff. But now, I feel proud whenever I see ppl copy my stuff— this simply means that I’m doing well and I am always 2 STEPS AHEAD.
Last 2022, I’ve also met content creators crying because a big creator stitched their video and emphasized how negative their opinion was.
I totally understand that some of us have very strong opinions. But if it has been happening over and over again, it’s bullying. Ye, strong negative opinions get views but negative opinions can also hurt your brand.
If may chismis kang alam, wag mo na ibroadcast. Wag tayo toxic this 2023. All love lang.

2. Creative assets are not made native to the platform
3. You boosted an ad for all types of inventories without considering placement nuances
Simpleng bagay, but instances like this deprive your audience of the "delight" and "experience" you intended.
How to fix:
1. Ensure that creatives are designed with consideration to the nuance/s of the formats it'll appear in
2. For FB Carousel Ads, they are best created using the Ads Manager, NOT boosted through an existing content.

1. Instagram is out. Less and less people will use it. There’s a confusion on what kind of platform IG is and what kind of platform they will be.
2. Youtube is quite possibly the platform that will have the biggest upside. Youtube is really doing a great job getting the right content in front of you.
3. Tiktok is 2nd. They are even changing and improving their algorithm.
4. More businesses will have Marketing department layoffs and will hire freelancers.
5. Pinterest will also be a hidden gem both organically and paid.
6. Paid ads on all platforms will decrease. Time to run paid advertising campaigns. It's already Q4 which ads should be high but the cost is half or 1/3 of the usual cost.

These are the things you need to understand and please take this as an advice nalang.
1. Understand the meaning of manager, marketer and media buyer - hindi talaga kayo magmimeet ng empleyado mo kung dito palang hindi mo na alam ang hinahanap mo.
2. Mahal na service - do not expect big return kung hindi kayo willing mag invest sa mga empleyado nyo, umoo sila dahil clear kung ano ang dapat nilang gawin tapos you are expecting more in the long run.
3. If you dont have the capacity to pay them the amount they deserve, take a digital markeing course na pang va, look at ms glenda, sya mismo nagtake ng digital marketing course. Bakit? To avoid failed unrealistic strategies at ingat sa mga FITYMI and more importantly, asking a lot of UNNECESSARY questions during contract signing bakit may mga bagay na hindi included sa gusto mo.
Para maintindihan nyo kung bakit ganung amount ang deserve namin. If you dont know the job well, that how can you say na mahal ang serbisyo ng tao mo in the first place? Jan palang red flag ka na as an owner.
4. As stated earlier regarding trust issues, wag nyong pangungunahan masyado ang SMM nyo kung bakit yon ang strategy na nilapag sa inyo. When in doubt, ask for resources or statistics sige, pero kung wala ka naman talagang alam sa trabaho niya tapos nag aask ka pa ng unnecessary questions, dito ka mattrigger na hindi lalo pagkatiwalaan ang tao mo kasi you will feel na hindi sya confident where in the first place kung nag aral ka ng digital marketing course e maiintindihan mo. Again everything will go back sa pagtetake ng course.
Ang hirap na magexplain ng mag explain ng same questions na dapat sa una palang aralin mo nalang yung trabaho ng empleyado mo para di dehado sa side nyo. You will see the bigger picture about how, what, and why.
5. Para to sa mga start ups lalo na sa ecommerce side, totohanan lang na need nyo magspend ng pera sa ads to raise brand awareness, iba ang optimistic sa pagiging agressive. Not everything will be successful overnight. Parang awa nyo na. Hindi lahat ng content magiging trending. Nappressure ung empleyado nyo.
6. Kung hybrid SMM ang hanap mo, abay malamang mahal ang bayad jan, diba nangshshort ka ng tao tapos gusto mo akuin lahat ng nag iisa mong empleyado? Tama ba o mali? Tapos lalapagan mo ng nagsisimula ka palang. Hiring an SMM is a RISK. Mostly no ROI dahil hindi lahat e expert. You will get what you deserve.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO TAKE DIGITAL MARKETING COURSES ONLINE, nagsusuffer kasi kami sa totoo lang. Ang hirap nyong lapagan ng strategies na hindi naman dapat mahirap. Dito din maiiwasan ung kung anu anong strategies na ibibigay sayo resulta ng fake portfolios ng iba, this is for your safety and assurance.
