To everyone who is deep within depression or is experiencing any mental health issue, I love you and I hear you. I know how painful and lonely it is to suffer everyday, I was there and it feels unbearable. I just want to let you all know if you are willing to listen, to fight for your life no matter what. It may feel like a never ending cycle, but reaching out for any glimpse of help will take you to a better place. Try and find someone to talk to and let them listen. If they don’t want to you fight to go on and find the right people!! Do it for yourself, for whom you love even if there is a small portion of people.
