Sa lahat ng mga magulang, mag-aaral, stakeholders at miyembro ng komunidad, lahat kayo ay iniimbitahan na makiisa sa Kick-off Ceremony ng BRIGADA ESKWELA ngayong Hulyo 22, 2024, 7:00 am sa Talahib Payapa Elementary School bilang paghahanda sa pagbubukas ng mga klase ngayong SY 2024-2025.

Ang inisyatibong ito ay naglalayong itaguyod ang pagkakaisa, pakikipag-ugnayan sa komunidad, at katatagan sa pagbuo ng matatag at ligtas na mga kapaligiran sa pag-aaral para sa mga mag-aaral sa buong Pilipinas. Magaganap ang Brigada Eskwela 2024 mula Hulyo 22 hanggang 27, na binibigyang-diin ang kahalagahan ng sama-samang pagsisikap sa pagtiyak ng kahandaan ng mga paaralan para sa paparating na taon ng pag-aaral.

Talahib Payapa Elementary School of Schools Division of Batangas City is in need of Administrative Support Personnel under Contract of Service.

DAILY RATE: 520.00

PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: Talahib Payapa Elementary School

*Minimum Qualification/s:

*Bachelor’s degree or completion of two (2) years studies in college
*Able to prepare basic correspondences
*Able to prepare basic reportorial requirements (DepEd forms, simple financial reports)
*Computer literate preferably MS Office
*Can operate office equipment (printers, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.)
*Can coordinate and collaborate with other concerned personnel and offices

Duties and Responsibilities:

✅Provide overall administrative support to the School Head and other school personnel in the daily operations of the school.
✅Assist the School Head in preparing, conducting, advocating, monitoring and evaluating programs, projects and activities.
✅Perform other administrative and technical assistance as may be determined by the School Head.
