9. Do not rely on a single source of income:
Most people rely on a single source of income.
✔️You can never become rich and financially secure if you are one of those.
✔️You should have 2 to 3 streams from where you earn money.

✔️You will be in better position even if you face some financial crisis if you multiple income.

10. Saving and investing are different:

Saving is considered a must and a good habit.

✔️You need to invest your money instead where it grows at a higher rate than inflation.

✔️Saving weaken the purchasing power while investment will increase the value of your money.

MGA DAPAT TANDAAN AT ALAMIN NG MGA NAGBABALAK KUMUHA NG BAHAY AT LUPA🤩🤩🤩

Mahalaga sa bawat pamilyang pilipino magkaroon ng sarili nilang bahay at lupa. Dahil hindi tayo mga dayuhan sa sarili nating bansa..

1. Kailangan ihanda ang initial na requirements tulad ng Latest Payslip, 2 Govt ID’s, Proof of Billing at ang pera pang reserve para sa napili mong unit. 💙💙💙

2. Wag matakot na magbayad ng reservation dahil ibabawas naman nila ito sa Down Payment / EQUITY. At siguraduhing itutuloy or desididong ituloy yung unit na kukunin para hindi masayang ang ibinayad. 💙💙💙

3. Siguraduhing papasa sa required na GMI (Gross Monthly Income) ni PAGIBIG or ni Bank. 💙💙💙

Para saan ang required GMI?🤔🤔
---- kailangan po ito dahil dito nalalaman ni PAGIBIG or Bank na kung may kakainin ka pa or may matitira ka pang panggastos sa araw araw. Ito din ang naginging sanhi kung bakit tayo nakakapagloan or hindi.❤️🏦💾

4. Pano kunin ang GMI(Gross Monthly Income)?🤔🤔🤔
---- (GMI = Monthly Income x 35%) Halimbawa, ang monthly income mo ay Php 20,000 x 35% = Php 7,000. Ibig sabihin hanggang Php 7,000 lang ang pwede mong maging monthly sa PAGIBIG or Bank at hindi na pwedeng tumaas maliban nalang kung may Co-Borrower ka, nag tatrabaho din si Mister/Misis at kung may sariling negosyo na pwedeng idagdag sa monthly income mo.👨‍🏫👨‍🏫👨‍🏫

5. Anong mangyayari kung hindi mahigit Php 7,000 ang monthly?🤔
---- Hindi maaaprove ang iyong loan at posibleng madedelay ang target date mo kasi hihingan ka ulit ng panibagong requirements na papasa sa required GMI ni PAGIBIG or Bank.

Kumpletuhin ang hinihinging requirements sa loob ng 30 days pagkatapos magreserve. At ipagbigay alam agad kung hindi makukumpleto ito upang magawan agad ng paraan.✔️✔️✔️
