May kumakalat na post ng isang client na namatayan ng ama at may existing insurance policy kay Pru. And the death happened during "CONTESTABILITY PERIOD" which is below 2 years. Please know that we are very sorry for your loss.

May standard requirements na hinihingi upon claim pero posibleng madagdagan ito if a certain claim request happened below than 2 years. May right ang isang insurance company to investigate dahil baka mamaya, during application ng isang client ay may itinago itong sakit at hindi dinisclose in order na maaprubahan. (Nangyayari iyan dahil may mga tao na kung kelan nagkasakit na, saka pa lang kukuha). Napakaunfair po noon para sa part ng isang insurance company na willing magbigay ng worth millions of claim basta clean case ang client.

If ever naman na iyong mga additional documents na hinihingi ng company ay hindi kaya iprovide sa side ng client, madali lang po iyan ipaliwanag. Proper communication at coordination lang ang kailangan.

Nakakalungkot lang sa comment section na may iba na di naman alam ang tunay na nangyayari eh nagcoconclude na agad. Mas pinipiling paniwalaan ang isang bagay na hindi sapat ang basehan kesa sa mabigyan ng kapasidad na isecure ang pamilya at mabigyan ng maayos na buhay ang kanilang mga anak sa hinaharap.
