DUCK, COVER and HOLD. Ampucao ES joined the First Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill 2024 on Monday, March 25, 2024.

In PHOTOS: THIDOS ZERAH L. CASLANGAN with his coach Miriam P. Magayam represented the District of Itogon II in the recently concluded Division Read-a-thon held at Buyagan Elementary School.

Caslangan bagged first place in the Oral Reading Interpretation Read-a-thon, division level.
He will be representing the Division in the Regional Festival of Talents on May 1-3, 2024. _

In line with the Values Education Program organized by the vounteer teachers under VEP which aims to teach God's word to every child, pupils of Ampucao ES convene at the closed gymn today to listen and participate in the songs,bible verses and interpretative dance.
May you continue to enlighten the minds and touch the lives of every young learner of Ampucao about God's words. ❣️

"Thank you and see you around",Ma'am Helen B. Golingab's last words during her Salamat Mabuhay Program which happened yesterday.
She has journeyed 35 years,8 months and 14 days in her teaching career. She got her permanent teaching position in 1988 then in 1990 she started teaching here at Ampucao ES.
She handled grade six class for almost 3 decades.
To mark some of her achievements, the KULPOT newspaper (school publication) which she established in 1998 where journalistic skills of generations of pupils she handled were honed.
The school newspaper KULPOT has competed in the division, region and national press conference that bagged major awards.
She employed a remarkable leadership not only to the pupils but also to her colleagues.
Present during the program were Engineer Marvin Padinay,from the Philex Mining Corporation who made his speech of appreciation to teachers. From barangay council Kagawad Jayson Amuasen,Committee on Education also expressed his message of gratitude to Ma'am Helen Golingab,PTA president Mr. Brent Nalibsan, SELG president Ailyn Gayle Robes,who delivered her speech and the AmES family headed by Ricardo S.Samson Jr. sung their tribute song "In This Moment".

"Thank you, Ma'am," is all we can say.

Ampucao ES Tree Planting Activity.
December 6,2023

Two pupils of Ampucao Es emerged victorious in the just concluded ESP district virtual contest.
Thidos Zerah L.Caslangan and Clynelle A.Dawal showcased their talent in the story telling and solo singing contest for key stage 1 and key stage 2 while Arya Snow E.Alberto placed 3rd in the story telling key stage 1.
The winners will represent the district in the division level.

To strenghten the self-confidence of kindegarten learners. The school conducts a school-based contest showcasing the kindergarten talents.
Dance,solo singing and poem recitation are among the talents presented by each contestant.
Judges selected the winners based on their level of performances.
The winners will represent the school in the district and division level.

7 learners and 6 coaches of Ampucao ES partake in the just concluded district math- sci.festival.
The event took place at Itogon Central School today.
Each learner displayed their skills in the competition where Rajon Reuel Viscaya placed 2nd in the Sci-damath power patrol,while Fidman M.Balancia the 4th placer out of 11 schools who competed.
Meanwhile Elaina Joi R.Amuasen 6th place in the fraction damaths and Kate Leah P. Magayam as 7th place.
Raiden Art Budo 6th place in the whole damaths while Rechelle Ann Doroteo a grade three pupil as 10th place.Gheriel Gwen Gabino also placed 9th in the sci damath.

166 learners of Ampucao ES from Kinder to Grade 3 recieve school supplies gift packs donated by the NGCP(National Grid Corporation of the Philippines) today.
Each learner recieves a bag containing 10 notebooks and 5 pencils with alcohol.

Our sincere thanks to the NGCP for including our school as one of the recipient.

LOOK|| Ampucao Es conducts a Seminar- Workshop on Journalism today.

The seminar aims to enhance the writing skills of the learners and to help them become a future journalist.
Ma'am Helen B.Golingab lectured on the topics about news writing and editorial writing specifically on the news lead,principles of effective writing,kinds of editorial writing and its parts.

Twenty learners, two school personel gathered at the school library to participate on the said activity.

Ampucao Elementary School participated in the Global Hand Washing Day with the theme "Clean Hands are Within Reach" from Kinder to Grade 6.

JUST IN: "Birthday hike for a cause"by one of the group of Mt.Ulap hikers distributes 100 gift packs of school supplies to selected pupils of Kinder to grade 6.

HAPPENING NOW:Short video viewing (Information Dessimination)on R.A. 7610 by the Itogon MPS to grades 4-grade 6 class.

Ampucao ES conducts LAC on the Multi-Year Guidelines on Results-Based Performance Management System-Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers which was anchored in the DepEd Memorandum 008s.2023.

Maam Helen B.Golingab facillitated the LAC which focused on the 5 main topics, Multi-year RPMS cycle,RPMS indicator for proficient and highly proficient,RPMS PPST tools,Guidelines for classroom observation and the rater,ratee and approving authority.
This is in preparation for the means of verification to be monitored in the midyear review and in the performance review and evaluation.

Ampucao ES joins the 3rd Quarter NSED on September 7, 2023..

AMPUCAO ES first day of school.
School Year 2023-2024...

Ampucao ES concludes the 5 day brigada, which was scheduled on August 21-25,2023. Unfinished task will continue in the Brigada plus activity.
The spirit of Bayanihan,partnered with hardwork,was evidently seen among the parents and the stakeholders who joined hands by sharing their time,effort and available resources.
Activities includes installation of damaged c.r. doors,replacement of outlets and switch,installation of window grills,repair of gutters,decluttering,repainting of classrooms,weeding and cleaning of surroundings.
The activity done is to serve its good purpose for the incoming learners and teachers as they face another academic year.

Ongoing Brigada Plus!!
Activities includes beautification of school area of responsibility per sitio. Kudos!parents for the invaluable support to our school.

👀ISRI(Itogon Suyoc Resources Incorporated donates an amount of 155, 485 Php as financial support for the purchase of materials to be use for the enhancement of kindergarten classroom particularly on the putting of floor tiles. The project shall start before classes resume on the 2nd week of August.

On the other hand, status of the construction of kindergarten comfort room is completed.

Ampucao Elementary school sustains its gulayan sa paaralan. The activity was initiated by the Grade 6 TLE class with the collaborative effort of the PTA officers and parents.
The school garden took hiatus for almost 2 years due to the pandemic. It needs much cleaning and preparation such as uprooting of bananas and transplanting it to the school backyard just to give a wider space for the garden.
Water shortage also has been the problem over the years but the school is still optimistic on the success of the said activity.
