Driving Digital Advancement: The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), led by its Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB), is spearheading transformative initiatives in the field of ICT. Today, the DICT Region IV-A proudly hosts the 'Strengthening Our Shared Vision and Triumph' Multi-Stakeholder’s Summit at the Solano Hotel in Gen. Luna St., Sabang, Lipa City, Batangas. This summit serves as a pivotal event, focusing on commitments to ICT capacity development, featuring a Commitment Signing, and acknowledging the outstanding contributions of Tech4ED Centers in the region.
