-Job Description

Supervise Project Estimates Materials and Quotation
Monitor, Attend Meeting and Site Inspection
Other task may be assigned

-Qualifications
*Graduate of Civil Engineering
*2 years of experience in construction industry
*With License
*With Cosh Certificate
*Must be flexible
*Willing to relocate
*Willing to work under pressure and on overtime
*Can start ASAP

• A College graduate preferably B.S. Accountancy with working experience in the field but fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• A complete or comprehensive understanding of accounting practices and procedures
• The ability to act responsibly and ethically when working with sensitive financial information, whether it’s information for the company or for individuals
• Solid communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
• Computer literacy, as accounting clerks are responsible for keying information into various computers and software programs
• Strong people skills – a polite and professional demeanor when working with other companies, as well as consumers and co-workers
• The willingness and ability to comply with the regulations established by the company itself.

Accounting clerk may perform:
• Keep a thorough record of business transactions and enter data from Accounting Information System(AIS) or daily work logs into the company’s general ledger system
• Supporting supervisory and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
• Keep a thorough record of all company records related to accounting.
• Keep track of any clients/subcons issues that require a payment or refund and make sure that the concerns are made in a timely manner
• Assist senior accounting personnel with any tasks conducted within the accounting department, or any tasks that require accounting personnel to take part
• Key in or type up any documents or items that the accounting department is responsible for, including checks and invoices, as well as vouchers, accounting statements, and other reports and records
• Match work orders to invoices/Request for Payment Preparation(RPP)
• Process invoices/Progress billings so that they can be paid
• Contact clients/subcons to notify them of discrepancies including delinquent accounts and accept any payments made at the time of contact
• Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
• Preparing general ledger postings and statements
• Perform other works when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Vocational Course or equivalent
• Certification in Quality Control is preferred but not required
• With atleast 2 years of experience in Construction Company
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• With strong understanding of quality control standards and techniques
