I'm certified to perform osteopathic spinal manipulation, also diplomate on manual therapy and graduating on DOMTP at Somatic Phils. But this doesn't make me an osteopath yet nor a doctor of osteopathy. That's why I named my page as osteopathic spinal adjustment not an osteopath clinic because its a technique not a profession. Physical therapists can perform osteopathic manipulation and other osteopathic techniques as long they are trained by an osteopath, but it doesn't make them an osteopath.

Hi, mga Ka-Fit! This is a short clip para sa mga nagtatanong ng chiropractic adjustment.
DISCLAIMER: I'm not a chiropractor but I practice Physical therapy specialized in Manual Therapy.
This technique is called HIGH VELOCITY LOW AMPLITUDE THRUST which is one of the techniques used in Manual Therapy practice. This method is commonly used by Chiropractors, PTs, MDs and Osteopaths, who are certified and trained for this technique.
I'M NOT A CHIROPRACTOR, I'M A PHYSICAL THERAPIST WHO USES HVLA TECHNIQUE UNDER MANUAL THERAPY PRINCIPLE.
NOTE: I'm not here to bring confusion or division to other professions who also practice manual therapy but to enlighten and give credits to manual therapy because we have the same goal: to bring wellness to our patients.

Dry needling? It is a form of technique we use as PT to eliminate trigger points(Lamig in layman's term) or pains, tightness, taut bands or any myofascial problems, we can use it also in some neurological problems ☺️
