How to save money with SDN

Saan aabot ang 1000 Pesos mo?

May mga nagtatanong at nagsasabing bakit mahal daw ang Superdog Nutrition (SDN) dahil ang 5kg nito ay nagkakahalaga ng 1000 Pesos samantalang sa ibang brand naman ng dog food eh nagkakahalaga lamang ng 100-150 Pesos bawat kilo.

Ang tanong ko naman, nakamura po ba talaga kayo sa paggamit ng ibang brand?

Opo mas mahal siya kumpara sa ibang brand kung "PRICE PER KILO" ang pag-uusapan. Pero mas mahal nga ba talaga ang SDN?

1-3% lamang po ng timbang ng alaga nating a*o ang kailngang ipakain na SDN "BAWAT ARAW". Uulitin ko po, "BAWAT ARAW" hindi po bawat kain.

Halimbawa ang alaga po nating a*o ay may timbang na 8kg. Kung papakainin natin siya ng 2% sa kanyang timbang ang maipapakain natin ay 160 grams para sa buong araw. Kung dalawang beses niyo pinapakain ang alaga niyo hahatiin pa po natin ang 160 grams sa dalawa bale 80 grams per meal.

The initial batch will be limited and will be used for trial feedings on our 400-something dogs and puppies at the breeding and training center, as well as at our deployments, and at home. We might make some available for those who are want to be the first to try them as well.

The formula is almost the same as the original SDN, but the meat material will be specifically from one source rather than 3. I suggest that if you will use these, that you should mix them up from time to time, just as wild canids would naturally feast on a variety of prey animals.

VIRUSES SURVIVE FREEZING FOR A LONG TIME

This is about ASF virus. But let me use it just to illustrate why it is not wise to feed dogs raw/frozen meats. Viruses and other microorganisms can keep alive for years in raw/frozen meats. Cook your meats well if you really have to feed your dog meat.

Better yet, just use SDN, and forget all the hassles of preparing, storing, balancing, and the high cost of meat (which is 75% water). Your dog and family members deserve the smartest feeding method available, and it's not raw meat feeding.

Those who say that SDN has "too much protein" need to get their facts straight.

Fact: SDN DOES NOT HAVE "TOO MUCH PROTEIN".

The AMOUNT you feed your dog will determine the amount of protein (measured in grams) your dog eats, not the percentage in the food formula.

Ex.
SCENARIO A
A scenario where SDN has MORE PROTEIN.
1kg SDN (42% protein) = 420grams protein
1kg BRAND X (21% protein)= 210grams protein.

SCENARIO B
A scenario where SDN has the SAME AMOUNT OF PROTEIN as a brand with 21% protein.
1kg SDN (42% protein) = 420grams protein
2kg BRAND X (21% protein)= 420grams protein.

SCENARIO C
A scenario where SDN has LESS PROTEIN.
500g SDN (42% protein) = 210grams protein

BIGGER/DARKER/HARDER KIBBLES ON SDN? 🐕🐩

There have been some people concerned about the new batches of SDN having seemingly "bigger" or "darker" or "more easily soluble" kibbles than older batches.

While it is true that some enterprising individuals might be selling cheaper brand dogfoods as "repacked SDN" (which is why we recommend that you only buy authentic SDN in the original glamorous white 5kg or 15kg sack packaging or the pretty 500g packs from legit sellers listed in our website's Store Locator Map), another rea*on this may happen is that the some kibbles might have been stored or exposed in a warm environment, which had already caused its moisture to escape, especially if it had been subjected to it for longer periods of time, like near a window or a hot bodega. 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌡🌡🌡🌡🌡🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Take note that the label on SDN indicates that it has a maximum of 10% moisture. When this water content has evaporated, it leaves a dryer, somewhat smaller kibble. Just as rice exposed to warm air also shrinks due to the escape of stored moisture in it. 💧💧💧

Shrinkage due to escaped moisture does not significantly affect the SDN's quality. It might, however, alter the color a little bit, as well as the density of the remaining ingredients/nutrients, and consequently the crunchiness/hardness of the kibbles and ease at which it will be softened by soaking in water, if that's how you feed your dogs.

Reminder:
Store your SDN in a cool ❄❄❄ (less than 30°C) and dry place to keep it's freshness longer. Transport it, if needed, during the cooler parts of the day as much as possible, or in air-conditioned vehicles. 🏍🛺🚲🚐🚌🚝🚚 Keep it away from direct sunlight for long periods also to avoid denaturing the vitamins and killing the good bacteria in the probiotic coats. 🦠🦠🦠

There have been feeding guide posters going around made by a few of our creative dealers (thanks, guys!), teaching us to feed 1-3% of your dog or puppy's ideal bodyweight. 🐶🐕🐩

That info is true! 1% for pet dogs, 3% for dogs that work several hours a day like our K9s. However, some who feed 2-3% experience soft p**p, because their dogs do not need that amount of nutrition except to grow fat and plump as many want their dogs to look, except obese is not healthy, and so we don't recommend it.

So, here's our official feeding guide for pet housedogs. 😊💕

You do not need to give any sort of nutritional supplement or flavor enhancer when you feed SDN. It might even cause an imbalance to the optimal nutritional levels in the formula, or create excessive dose toxicities such as in the case of vitamin E hypervitaminosis. We've done all the work for you, and all the amino acids, vitamins, minerals, omegas, prebiotics, probiotics, etc. are already in every bit of SDN, so you won't have to worry. 😊💕

Since SDN is great for our Superdogs, it should be more than great for your pet dog, whatever his breed or age is! And it is. 😊💕💪💪💪👍👍👍

We've been feeding my 9 month old chichuahua SDN for almost a week na. I have noticed na nagiging siksik yung katawan nya and mas bumibigat sya unlike before na super gaan niya.
Noticeable din po yung small amount ng p**p nya and mas solid compared sa old brand ng food nya. Di na din parang binabalisawsaw sa amount ng ihi :)

Pang apat na araw na gumagamit siya ng SDN, firm na ang p**p niya.. Well, maamoy talaga siya pero normal lang, malamang tae 😂💩.
