**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the daily operations of the bistro, including staffing, customer service, and inventory management
-Curating an innovative menu and beverage selection
- Develop and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and supervise bistro staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Manage bistro finances, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in restaurant or bistro management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent understanding of food and beverage operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
