Two weeks ubos na yung 2.4kg. So in a month for milk alone aabot na ng ₱13,438. Ang malaking percentage ng income namin dito na pupunta sa aming mga anak.

If may anak na tayo, alam at ramdam natin ang gastusin araw-araw. Kaya hirap mag cut ng budget para ipautang.

Huwag sana magtampo kung hindi kami magpahiram o magpautang. Marami lang talaga kaming obligasyon bilang isang pamilyado at may mga anak. 😊

Breastfeeding guilt! 🥺 This very common experience among parents when it really shouldn't be. May iba't ibang rason kung bakit di maka pag Breast Milk or di naipatuloy ang breastfeeding journey.

For my 7 months breastfeeding journey, mixed feelings of emotions (joy and sacrifices). Kanang every latch ni Baby, mo utong ka sa kasakit tungod sa mga Samad sa imo ni**le (both breast). Positioning and attachment - kay basi wala na plastar ang pagpa latch. All kinds of ni**le cream I tried peru always gyud nagsamad due to my baby skin problem. Nipis kaayu ko ug panit plus inverted ni**le. 😔 This month I decided to stop na gyud kay basi magka infection pa akoa mga samad. Always na mag dugo (latching and pumping). Grrrr. Sakit kaayu!! 😢

Although, we can sometimes feel like we're doing it wrong, there are many Nanay out there who are going through exactly the same emotional journey.

But whatever the reason behind, always remember "YOU HAVE A GROWING BABY WHO IS HEALTHY". It doesn't matter how you're feeding him/her, as long as you're feeding him/her.
