We are pleased to announce that the Gidlaw Class of 2023 Picture Frames will be available for distribution starting on Wednesday, November 15th. To facilitate a smooth distribution process, OSLD, formerly known as OSAS, will be the central location for obtaining your picture frame. Please note that this distribution service is available exclusively on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

To streamline the process, we kindly request that you bring your ID with you when collecting your picture frame. Additionally, if you are unable to collect it yourself, you may designate a colleague to pick it up on your behalf; just provide proof (a message or letter will suffice).

2. Medals (for the Academic and Non Academic Awardees)
3. Civil Service Eligibility Certificate (for Latin Honors only)

Below are the notices for the upcoming seniors' night. These guidelines are in coordination with our security management and will be strictly implemented before and during the event.

Additional reminders:

* University-wide clearing will start at 03:00 PM onwards. No student bystanders, especially the graduating students, are to be allowed within the university premises beyond 03:00 PM.
* The main gate will serve as the ONLY entry point for the event.

Calling the University Student Government (USG), Local Student Government (LSG), League of Campus Organizations (LCO), and all accredited student organizations to submit A LIST OF NAMES of the graduating officers, provide their CERTIFICATES for the current and previous Academic Years, and submit to the Gidlaw Class officers at the USG office, on or before July 14, 2023, until 05:00 PM.

This is in line with the awarding of merit to student leaders during the Senior's Night.

To all STUDENTS with LATIN HONORS, you are urged to prepare the posted requirements for your Certificate of Civil Service Eligibility from CSC CARAGA.

The Office of the University Registrar will process our requirements and necessary documents so we can receive our certificate on the day of the Pre-Commencement Exercises.

The deadliest deadline of the requirements will be on July 12, 2023, WEDNESDAY. HOWEVER, it is BEST ADVISED by the Office of the University Registrar that you submit the requirements EARLIER than the deadline we set.

We have an important update regarding the scheduled pictorial session for July 8, 2023.

Due to an unforeseen power interruption that is beyond our control, we regret to inform you that the pictorial session originally planned for July 8 will have to be postponed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

However, we have worked diligently to find an alternative solution to ensure that your pictorial session can take place as soon as possible. We are pleased to announce that the pictorial session has been rescheduled for July 9, 2023. We understand that this may not be an ideal date for everyone, but unfortunately, it is the only available option at this time.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this matter. We know how important these pictorial sessions are to capture the memories of your graduation, and we want to ensure that everything goes smoothly for each and every one of you.

Please make a note of the updated date and adjust your schedules accordingly. We apologize for any inconveniences caused and thank you for your kind consideration in accommodating this change.

The votation period for the pictorial and the senior's night theme is over!

Garnering a total vote of 55.1%; results reveal that the Modern Filipiniana will be our official theme for the GIDLAW batch pictorials. In addition, 67.6% are in favor of conducting the Seniors' Night 2023.

CSU Graduating Class Officers Election Results Revealed! 🎓✨

On May 24, 2023, the anticipation came to an end as the votes were counted and the winners emerged. Congratulations to the newly elected CSU Graduating Class officers of 2023, who have earned the trust and support of their peers. Wishing them success in leading their fellow students towards a bright future.
