The study highlights the multifaceted challenges faced by pharmacists in Cabanatuan City hospitals when implementing pharmaceutical care. Addressing these barriers requires collaborative efforts from healthcare stakeholders, including policymakers, hospital administrators, and healthcare professionals, to create an enabling environment for the provision of high-quality pharmaceutical care services to patients. Recognizing and addressing the identified barriers is crucial for enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical care delivery in hospital settings. Strategies such as workload optimization, resource allocation, interprofessional collaboration initiatives, and regulatory reforms are essential to overcoming these challenges and promoting optimal patient outcomes.
