Job Title: Branch Manager (Urdaneta)
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee and administer the day-to-day activities of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation. They will provide assistance and support to the office principal in problem-solving, project planning and management, and development and ex*****on of stated goals and objectives. The Branch Manager will supervise the work of employees and supporting roles, including assigning workload and monitoring employee performance. They will also oversee and facilitate resources management and administration procedures and documentation of the principal.
Responsibilities:
• Develop policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation
• Provide assistance and support to the office principal in problem-solving, project planning and management, and development and ex*****on of stated goals and objectives
• Supervise the work of employees and supporting roles, including assigning workload and monitoring employee performance
• Oversee and facilitate resources management and administration procedures and documentation of the principal
• Perform research and analysis on specific issues as required
• Independently prepare non-routine letters and/or reports which may be highly sensitive and confidential in nature
• Serve as the primary point of administrative contract and liaison with other offices, individuals, and institutions on operational and programmatic matters concerning the office
• Coordinate the disposition and/or resolution of individual problems and disputes involving staff/employees as they arise
• Oversee the operation of office accounts, plan, monitor expenditures; as appropriate develop or coordinate budgets for the office and associated accounts
• Provide or oversee provision staff support to the office, including handling walk-up and phone interactions, maintaining calendars and travel arrangements, screening, analyzing, responding to incoming correspondence, handling day-to-day problems and situations, provision of secretarial support
• Provide assistance in understanding interpretation of Company policies procedures as appropriate; ensure that office operations are in compliance with policy provisions standards
• Assist in coordination supervision completion of special projects as appropriate
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years' experience in a managerial role
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading teams to success
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
