Our Brave Cassie 🥰

Cassie was presented in our clinic with clinical complaint of crying for several nights(most likely in pain) and inappetence for 1 week.
Upon physical exam, we notice an enlarged abdomen. She undergone abdominal ultrasound and other appropriate test, and was then diagnosed with Close Pyometra..

She undergone fluid therapy and subjected to surgery under gas anethesia. Her entire reproductive tract filled with pus was removed (ovariohysterectomy) that weighs 2.5kg.

The surgery was a success and Cassie is now eating on her own 12 hour post op.
