📢 Update on the reported animal abuse case involving the Bloomingdale dog :

We express our sincere thanks to Ma'am Micah Pedrosa and the Barangay Iponan officials, particularly Captain Vengie Reyes and his staff, for their swift response and assistance in visiting the owner's home. The owner admitted to striking his dogs after they played with his laundry, explaining it was an act stemming from anger rather than intentional cruelty.

He has offered a sincere apology and signed an agreement, witnessed by the barangay officials, pledging not to repeat the abusive behavior. Violation of this agreement will result in the organization seizing the dogs and initiating legal proceedings.

Our organization will actively monitor the situation, conducting regular check-ins to ensure the owner upholds the agreement and the dogs well-being is safeguarded.
