Just a quick drawing with Neon (Vanille Velasquez)

Had this photo way back ARCHon 2023. Had a total blast meeting the voices of the most electrifying characters of Riot (Neon and Zeri). She truly was kind and humble, learned some things during her stage talk. (Apparently she also voiced a lot of known Filipino characters, animated in which appeared in some commercials).

“you don’t meet your idols” they say, and yet here I am taking a photo with the one and only Johan Andrew Ocampo in his very own studio: Studjao

Had the luxury of meeting and chatting with sir JAO, napakacool and calm plus very down to earth and humble. I asked for advices since he is someone I look up to in the cosplay photography field, enjoyed the time and the mini studio tour.

Hoping to have a photoshoot sa Studjao soon or work with you, sir! 🙏🏼

We lost the contest but one of our friends managed to snag the Championship in the recent Ikifest Cosplay Event in Iligan. Had to have a little dinner celebration with the Champion and Team Bakojya! Congratulations to all the participants in the tournament!

“We learn, we succeed, we fail”

Delirious: A Jujutsu Kaisen skit for the World Cosplay Cinematic Summit 2024 entry.

I wanted to post this as a thank you for my team and those who supported us during the journey.

This is a post to remind myself that losing is part of winning, I am happy with what we’ve able to achieve given the circumstances of our schedules, conflicts of locations, late night filming and restless editing. Thank you so much to those who ventured with us on this journey. Personally, I ventured far off from what I was used to. It was something far from my reach and yet I pushed through because I wanted to. It was my passion who helped me reach the unreachable. Being an actor and director was not part of my bucketlist but indeed it was a valuable experience for me. Took a lot of changes during the process but I had to be Mahoraga (iykyk)

After a year of waiting, I finally recreated this piece. It is my first time using and dealing with digital art and although I am used to photos (which is also a form of digital art) this is another step of extending my creativity and improving my craft as a creative.

3 days ago, I bought myself a gift (again) to inspire myself to continue to improve and branch out of other fields. Growing up, I am not adept at drawing or creating stuff from scratch. I envied people who knew how to draw and I understood the struggle they went through to be that good.

I had a thought "what if I buy equipment and do it myself?" Drawing is really not my expertise but if given enough ADHD droplets, I can learn how to draw. I consider this post as my official art post and the start of a new journey on digital art.

P.S: its not actually finished since I am not yet satisfied but this should be a work in progress for the following months along with improvement.
