Namataan ang naturang LPA sa layong 365 km silangan timog-silangan ng General Santos City.

Nakapaloob ang LPA sa Inter tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) at maliit ang tsansa na maging ganap na bagyo ang nasabing LPA sa mga susunod na oras.

Samantala, ang easterlies ang nakaaapekto sa Luzon at Visayas habang ang ITCZ ang nakaaapekto sa Mindanao.
