Payout schedule for Performance Based Bonus(PBB) CY 2021 is on February 4, 2022.

Release of PBB 2019 to individual personnel is subject to Eight Percent (8%) tax pursuant DBM Circular 2019-1: Guidelines on the Grant of the Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 under Executive Order No. 80, s., 2012 and Executive Order No. 201. s., 2016 dated September 3, 2019 and Memorandum from Acting Chief Accounting Division dated January 25, 2022 re: Payment of PBB FY 2019.

The AFPSLAI Board of Trustees approved an Expected Dividend Advance (EDA) rate of 16% per annum or 4.0% for the 4th Quarter of 2021, which will be released starting January 24, 2022 (Monday).

The schedule of EDA payout will be as follows:

January 24, 2022: A - D
January 25, 2022: E - O
January 26, 2022: P - Z

Members who won’t be able to withdraw their EDA as scheduled will be entertained on the 4th day onwards.

For transfer to other banks, please allow five (5) working days to give ample time for banks to validate and transfer EDA to your respective accounts.
