Paano mag-apply at enroll as NEW STUDENT sa ICCT Colleges para sa AY2024-2025?

OPTION 1 – ICCT Online New Student Application Portal

Step 1: Simula sa February 10, 2024, mag-apply po tayo through ICCT Online Application Portal – https://sms.icct.edu.ph ; i-click ang “Create Account” at sagutan ang mga detalyeng kailangan; siguraduhing active ang e-mail address at mobile phone number;

Step 2: Kayo ay makakatangap ng application number (Ex. CA2425A00001) as your initial username at initial password (LAST NAME in CAPITAL LETTERS) na para sa “Sign IN” sa Application Portal at i-monitor ang inyong approval; makakatangap din po tayo ng e-mail automatically kapag successful po tayong nag-apply;

Step 3: Gamitin ang application no. at inyong pangalan para magbayad ng P220 College Application Fee; lagyan ng “AF” code (Application Fee) sa dulo ng inyong application no. (Ex.: CA2425A00001AF) kung sa Mlhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, and Unionbank magbabayad; or gamit ang Reference Number from your Email, maaaring magbayad REALTIME thru Gcash, 711 EC Pay or CLIQQ (No need for “AF” Code); hindi kailangan magbayad ng application fee ang mga incoming SHS Grade 11;

Step 4: I-sumite ang mga school admission requirements through e-mail [email protected] ; o dalhin ang mga requirements sa ICCT Colleges – Admissions Office mula Monday to Saturday except Holidays, from 7am to 7pm;

Step 5: Then, makakatangap po kayo ng Tentative Class Schedule (TCS) starting June 1, 2024; at maaari ap o kayong magbayad ng downpayment (P1,000 for OL & EL Classes / P1,140 for LF Classes) o ang total cash amount sa ating authorized REGULAR PAYMENT centers/apps; gamitin ang inyong APPLICATION NUMBER kung magbabayad thru Mlhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, and Unionbank; or gamit ang Reference Number for DP or Full Payment from your Email, maaaring magbayad REALTIME thru Gcash, 711 EC Pay or CLIQQ; itabi ang proof of payment;

Kung ikaw ay incoming SHS Grade 11 from public schools, kayo po ay otomatikong under the DepEd SHS Voucher Grantees, kaya magbayad lang po ng P380.00 para sa buong school year; at kung kayo naman ay ap o e from private JHS or ESC Grantees or PAYEE, P1,380.00 po ang Downpayment na babayaran;

Step 6: Susundan po eto ng text message mula sa “ICCT Info” kung saan makikita ang iyong Student ID Number (Ex. CA242500018) within 2 to 3 banking days mula sa araw na kayo ay nagbayad;

Step 7: Gamitin ang Student ID Number as your initial username (Ex. CA242500018) at ang initial password ay ang iyong LASTNAME in capital letters (Ex. DELA CRUZ) para makapag create ng inyong account sa Online Student Portal (Blue) – siguraduhin na ang WEB BROWSER ng inyong Celphone, Laptop, Tablet or PC ay CHROME, FIREFOX or SAFARI (Iphone); at sundan ang processo; kindly take note of your new username and password during your initial set-up dahil yun na ang gagamitin once mag-RELOGIN sa portal. Kung sakaling nahihirapan pa rin kayo gamitin ang Student Portal, maaari kayong mag WALK IN muli sa ICCT para maturuan;

Step 8: Sa dashboard ng inyong Student Portal account, makikita ang REGISTRATION menu, i-click at lalabas ang Tentative Class Schedule & Assessment Button, i-click eto para lumabas ang button ng OFFICIAL REGISTRATION & ASSESSMENT. Pindutin eto at maaari mo ng i-download ang inyong OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FORM (ORF); makikita ang Class Codes para sa inyong Edmodo/Google Classroom sa inyong ORF na nasa ibaba ng bawat Subject Codes;

Step 9: Mag-attend ng NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION. Kayo ay makatangap ng schedule para sa orientation ap o em School Policies (Student Handbook), Student Portal, Google Classroom, Learning Modalities (OL, LF & EL Classes).

OPTION 2 – Walk In Application & Enrollment

Step 1: Kung kayo ay nahihirapan na makapasok sa ating Online Application, simula sa February 10, 2024, maaari po tayong pumunta sa anumang ICCT Colleges Campuses mula Monday to Saturday except Holidays, 7am to 7pm;

Step 2: Tuturuan po tayo na gumamit ap o em ICCT Colleges Online Application Portal;

Step 3: Kayo ay makakatangap ng application number (Ex. CA2425A00001) at initial password na para sa “Sign IN” sa Application Portal at i-monitor ang inyong approval; makakatangap din po tayo ng e-mail automatically kapag successful po tayong nag-apply;

Step 4: Gamitin ang application no. at inyong pangalan para magbayad ng P220 College Application Fee; lagyan ng “AF” (Application Fee) sa dulo ng inyong application no. ICCT Colleges – Balik-Aral Program (Re-Admissions) Guidelines:

Balik Aral Program (BAP) Application is now accepted for the upcoming 3rd AY2023-2024 and AY2024-2025; BAP is a program for ICCT Colleges students who did not enroll from the previous school year and applying for re-admission.

Step 1: Kindly fill-out completely the BAP Application – GOOGLE FORM (https://bit.ly/3kNMaRb ).

Step 2: BAP Application will be monitored by the Guidance Counseling Office and the Accounting Office to determine student records and outstanding accounts;
 Accounting Office will submit List of BAP Applicants every Wednesday and Saturday to the Guidance Office and Admissions Office thru e-mail;
 For those with no derogatory records, good academic standing and outstanding accounts will be recommended by the Guidance Office for ACCEPTANCE LETTER from the Registrar Office;
 For those with outstanding accounts, Guidance Office will inform applicants to settle the accounts or apply for BAP Promissory Note; once payment has been done, Guidance Office will recommend the applicants for ACCEPTANCE LETTER from the Registrar Office;

Step 3: Guidance Office will send the ACCEPTANCE LETTER (AL) and PROSPECTUS of the applicant/s thru email copy furnish Admissions Office. BAP Applicants must signed and re-send the Acceptance Letter thru [email protected] and/or an appointment will be scheduled if needed;
 Admissions Office will update the Summary Report of BAP Applicants and processing completion / accomplishment;

Step 4: Guidance Office will acknowledge receipt of the SIGNED ACCEPTANCE LETTER and provide the instruction for enrollment of the BAP Applicant/s.

Step 5: BAP Orientation will be conducted on how to activate accounts for the new Student Portal, and will be assisted for the Enlistment of Section/Subjects thru the Registration Menu of the Student Portal.

Ipinagdiriwang ngayong araw na ito ang Bonifacio Day bilang paggunita kay ni Andres Bonifacio (Nobyembre 30, 1863- Mayo 10, 1897) na siyang namuno sa rebolusyon ng Pilipinas laban sa Espanya, ang unang rebolusyon sa Asya na lumaban sa pananakop ng mga bansang imperyalista sa Europa.

Sa pagtatag ng Katipunan, kinilala si Andres Bonifacio bilang “Ama ng Rebolusyon” sa Pilipinas.

Narito ang sampung katotohanan patungkol kay Andres Bonifacio:

1. si Andres Bonifacio bilang siyang Ama ng Himagsikan at Rebolusyong Pilipino.

2.Kilala rin natin siya sa kanyang mga alyas na May Pagasa, Agapito, Bagumbayan, Sinukauan at Supremo.

3.Ipinanganak si Andres Bonifacio noong Nobyembre 30,1863, sa Tondo, Maynila.

4.Siya ang panganay sa anim na anak ng mag-aasawang Santiago Bonifacio at Catalina de Castro.

5.Mestisa Kastila ang kanyang ina.

6.Pagkatapos sa primarya ay huminto na sa pag-aaral si Bonifacio.

7.maagang pumanaw ang kanyang mga magulang.

8. Sa edad na katorse, siya ang nagtaguyod sa kanyang limang mga kapatid na sina Ciriaco, Procopio, Troadio, Esperidiona at Maxima.

9.Bihasa sa salitang Kastila at Ingles ang batang si Andres Bonifacio. Naging mensahero siya sa Fleming & Company at kalaunan ay naging bodegero sa Fressel & Company, na kung saan ang mga amo niya ay Aleman.

10.Mahilig siyang magbasa ng mga libro, lalo na yong mga tungkol sa pamamahala sa lipunan at pakikipagdigma.

Proclamation No. 1236, declaring Wednesday, 30th day of November 2022, a REGULAR HOLIDAY throughout the country.

Paano mag-enlist or enroll ng subjects/section sa 2nd Trimester period bilang 1st year student?

STEP 1: Mag-LOGIN sa inyong Student Portal – https://sms.icct.edu.ph

STEP 2: Mula sa inyong DASHBOARD, tignan kung anung araw Enlistment of Subjects/Enrollment ng inyong college bago pumunta sa Step 3; siguraduhing may kopya ka na ng inyong PROSPECTUS para alam mo kung anung mga subjects ang kailangan mong i-enlist;

TO DOWNLOAD YOUR PROSPECTUS: Click ang GRADES na widget or menu, pindutin ang EVALUATION button then Download Evaluation/Prospectus;

STEP 3: Para mag-ENLIST NG SUBJECTS/SECTION, click ang REGISTRATION widget or menu; pumili ng preferred classes and session mo mula sa “SECTION”; basahin ang mga subjects kung tugma sa mga subjects ng iyong 2nd trimester period; kung hindi, maaari mong i-delete isa isa ang mga subjects then SAVE; then click ulit ang REGISTRATION widget or menu para mag refresh ang selection mo ng sections;

REMINDER: Kung kayo ay may UNSETTLED ACCOUNTS or BALANCES from previous academic period, otomatiko pong naka-LOCK ang inyong REGISTRATION menu or widget, pero you may still VIEW SECTION OFFERINGS.

STEP 4: Kapag tama na ang mga ENLISTED subjects or section na napili, pindutin ang SAVE button at ang ASSESSMENT button. Kung kayo ay LF Classes, siguraduhin i-UNCHECK ang “Online Classes” para maging tama ang computation ng inyong fees; then pumili ng MODE OF PAYMENT – Cash or Installment Basis; at saka i-click ang SAVE ASSESSMENT button;

STEP 5: Click muli ang REGISTRATION widget or menu then saka pindutin ang E-mail Tentative Class Schedule (TCS) button; check kung tama, hindi nabawasan ang subject or units; sa may Assessment of Fees, P1,000 ang DP na makikita kung ikaw ay OL / EL Classes, or P1,030 naman kapag LF Classes;

STEP 6: Maaari mo ng bayaran ang Downpayment or Full Cash Amount. Kung magbabayad thru REALTIME PAYMENT - GCash, ECPay, 7Eleven, or PalawanPay, kailangan munang mag-generate ng Reference Number mula sa inyong Student Portal – i-click ang ACCOUNTS widget or menu then ang PAY ONLINE button. Kung sa OVER THE COUNTER PAYMENT - Cebuana, MLhuillier, PBB (any branches) at ONLINE APP ng Unionbank magbabayad, hindi po kailangan mag-generate Reference Number, gamitin lamang ang inyong Student ID Number (Example: CA202300123);

REMINDER: Lahat ng successful na nagbayad thru REALTIME PAYMENT ay makakatangap ng otomatikong “ICCT Info” text as payment confirmation or tignan ang inyong ACCOUNTS LEDGER; while ang mga nagbabayad sa OVER THE COUNTER at ONLINE APP ng Unionbank (siguraduhing nabayaran ang P10.00 transaction fee), it will take 2 to 3 working days bago mag-reflect ang payment sa inyong Student Portal.

STEP 7: Kapag reflected na ang payment sa inyong Student Portal – ACCOUNTS LEDGER, maaari mo ng i-download ng iyong Official Registration Form (ORF). Kapag may ORF kana, it means officially enrolled ka nap o sa parating na trimester period.

Note:
 Kung nahihirapan pang gamitin ang Student Portal, maaari po tayong mag WALKIN ENROLLMENT sa schedule ng inyong College;
 Kung generated na ang ORF, Deleting, Changing of Section / Session or Adding of Subjects ay allowed lamang thru WALKIN ENROLLMENT; pero kung hindi ka pa po bayad at hindi pa generated ang ORF mo, just simply seek assistance thru the Portal Hotlines;
 Ugaliing i-check ang iyong TCS at ORF kung tugma ang mga subjects, units and even assessment of fees;

Cainta Day Holiday on December 1, 2023, Friday.

In celebration of the 451st Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal, there will be NO CLASSES AND OFFICE OPERATIONS at ICCT Colleges – Cainta and Sumulong Campus on December 1, 2023, Friday.

Student Portal and Online Services operate normally except for Portal Hotlines and Social Media interactions.

Classes and office operations resume on December 2, 2023, Saturday.

ICCT Colleges Student Internship Program (SIP) Procedure for the upcoming 2nd Trimester AY2023-2024

The Career Development & Job Placement Office (CDJP) will accommodate those who are approve and enrolled in Internship/Practicum/On-the-Job Training and/or any other related internship course under the academic curriculum of the college. The following are the procedures to register in the Student Internship Program:

STEP 1:
Student must complete the Student Internship Program / SIP PRE-REGISTRATION FORM per college from November 22 to December 17, 2023 thru the following Google Form:

STEP 2:
The Career Development and Job Placement Office will send e-mail to all SIP applicants for the schedule of EVALUATION after 2 to 3 working days from date of registration. There is no need to email or call the Registrar Office for the schedule. Evaluation period is November 29 to December 29, 2023;

STEP 3:
During the scheduled evaluation, students must present their prospectus together with latest Summary of Grades (subjects enrolled from the last trimester attended are reflected) or Proof of Payment. No need to request (through CRF) for advance summary of grades if the latest is not yet available, this will be issued during the scheduled application.

STEP 4:
After the evaluation, all applicants must submit a photocopy of their evaluated prospectus to their respective Deans or Academic Heads for the final evaluation and pre-approval. The number of units remaining as well as the availability of the subjects to enroll will be considered.

STEP 5:
Once SIP application is pre-approved, CDJP will schedule an orientation – SIP Policy / Guidelines and Requirments will be discussed comprehensively. Attendance to orientation is the final requirement for the approval of the SIP application. Students who did not undergo through the process will not be allowed to enroll the internship program for the upcoming trimester period;

STEP 6:
Please settle or pay all outstanding balances from the current or previous trimester period before proceeding to STEP 7, otherwise, PESOS:600.00 will be automatically reflected to your existing accounts;

STEP 7:
Settle the SIP Processing Fee amounting to PESOS:600.00 through the different payment centers/apps. In paying for the said amount, other than GCash, 7Eleven, PalwanPay or ECPay, please add the code “SIP” at the end of your student number. DEADLINE TO PAY SIP Processing Fee is on January 3, 2024;

STEP 8:
Your SIP Subjects - Internship, OJT, Practicum, and/or Practise Teaching, will be encoded by the Portal Group within enrollment period; if this subject has reflected, proceed to generate your TCS and pay your enrollment fees - downpayment for installment plan or full amount for cash basis.
