How to Make Egg Pudding
Suggested Serving Size: 100 - 120 g.
What:
100 g egg pudding powder
1000 ml water
100 g sugar
How:
Ratio of powder:sugar:water is 1:1:10.
In a pot, bring water to boil.
Turn to mid-low heat, add sugar, stir until dissolved.
While stirring, slowly add powder mix, make sure it is fully dissolved.
Wait for 2 minutes, turn off the heat, let cool at room temperature.
After the mixture cools down, refrigerate for 1-3 hours before serving.

Orange Flavored Milk Tea
What:
1.5 oz flavored syrup
1.5 oz non-dairy creamer
7 oz hot sugar-free tea
6 oz ice
fructose to taste
How:
Add non-dairy creamer and hot tea into a 16 oz shaker and stir until dissolved.
Add ice and stir.
Add 1.5 oz of syrup. Add fructose to taste if desired.
Shake well and enjoy.

Bossen Dark Roast Oolong Tea 600g - Php350
50 g tea leaves
2000 cc water
How:
The ratio of tea leaves to water is 1:40.
In a pot, boil water until 95° C.
Turn off the heat, add tea leaves, and make sure all tea leaves are soaked in water.
Let steam for 15 minutes with lid closed.
Filter the tea with a mesh or filter cloth. Let cool until the tea is 65° C.
Pour into a tea warmer and it’s ready to serve.
*To make milk tea (or to make stronger-flavored tea), the ratio of tea leaves to water is 1:30.*
*Yields about 2000 cc tea.*
*Best to serve within 4 hours.*
*Cloth is recommended over mesh when filtering tea.*
