What: 2nd MASS BLOOD DONATION
When: November 16, 2017 @ 8:00AM - 3:00PM
Where: FRANCISCO P. FELIX MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (ROSEPACK ANNEX)
WHO CAN DONATE BLOOD?
YOU CAN DONATE BLOOD IF YOU...
● are in good health
● between 16-65 years old (donors below 18 need their parent's consent and 60yrs old and above should be regular donors) ● weight at least 110lbs or 50kgs
● pass the physical and health history assesments
WHAT ARE THE PREPARATIONS BEFORE DONATING BLOOD
1. Have enough sleep and rest.
2. No alcohol intake 24 hrs prior to blood donation
3. Have a light meal, avoid fatty food.
4. Drink plenty fluid, like water or juice.

The Universal Robina Corporation (URC), in partnership with the National Youth Commission (NYC) and the Gokongwei Brothers Foundation (GBF), invite applications to the URC Scholarship with Employment Opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Single, 17 to 25 years old, male or female, Filipino Citizen
2. At least a high school graduate, from a public school or Alternative Learning System
3. With good scholastic records and moral character

REQUIREMENTS

1. Application form
