Reservation Fee for Appointments to Prevent Joy Reservers
Dear valued customers,
We are excited to serve you and provide the best possible experience for your appointments at Masajista Spa . However, to ensure that our services are readily available to those who genuinely require them, we have implemented a reservation fee policy.
In recent times, we have experienced an increasing number of joy reservers, which has become a concern for both our team and our valued clients. Joy reserving refers to the practice of making appointments without intending to follow through, resulting in inconvenience and loss of revenue for our business.
To prevent such occurrences and maintain fairness for all, effective September 23, 2023, we will be implementing a nominal reservation fee for all appointments. The purpose of this fee is to secure a spot and verify the customer's commitment to the scheduled appointment.
The reservation fee will be P200 and will be deducted from the final amount due upon completion of the appointment.
We assure you that this fee is a preventative measure to ensure a smooth and efficient appointment process for everyone involved. By implementing this reservation fee, we can better manage our resources, minimize cancellations, and allocate appointments to those who genuinely need them.
We value your understanding and support as we aim to provide exceptional service to all our customers. Our intention is not to inconvenience you but to enhance our overall service quality and availability.
