BORJE ARCHITECTS is not new in the field of building designs and built either be this in architectural space planning, space management studies, cost management process, architectural programs, technical and performance specifications, construction time schedules, cost estimates and bill of quantities, preparation and production of technical drawings, supervision of building construction in civil engineering works and architectural works, structural works, plumbing and sanitary works, and electrical works.
We brought to our beloved country, Philippines our 27 years of experiences working and coordinating at various construction business companies and engineering consulting offices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Most of these companies are excellent and very prestigious in their field of works such as Saudi-Lebanese Tarouk Contracting Co. Ltd, Abalkhail Consulting Engineers, Saudi-Oger, Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants, Leham Co. Limited, Saudi Aramco Technical Support Group of Riyadh Community, Saudi Architects, Al Akarem Company, Bin Dayel Contracting, A. Mosleh Organization, et al.
Our projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the sponsorships of these companies mentioned above are various villas and residential buildings and palaces owned by prestigious and influential Saudi Citizens. We also worked on high rise buildings such as condominiums, offices and shopping arcades. We are also very experienced in the designs and built of landscapes, hardscapes, parking areas, roads, sidewalks, guard houses, underground water tanks. Pre-design services is a basic services provided by an architect. The scope of which is consultation, feasibility studies, site selection & utilization and land use studies, architectural research and programming, space planning, space management studies, value management and structural conceptualization. In the regular design services, the architect acts as the owner's/client's/proponent's adviser and/or representative. The architect translates the owner needs and requirements to spaces and forms in the best manner of professional service. Our specialized architectural services deals with our specific expertise for enhancement of the architectural interiors and exteriors components of a certain project such as architectural interiors, site development planning and structural conceptualization. In our fulltime supervision and construction services the scope of our services are coordination and supervision with quality control; evaluation of construction work that includes cost and time control; preparation of daily inspection reports and keeping of these records.
