The Alkimia Factory is the page of ALKIMIA, the store of UNCOMMON THINGS FOR UNCOMMON PEOPLE.

Alkimia or Alchemy is the mystical artistic process of transforming something ordinary into something extraordinary, such as the conversion of ordinary metal into gold, water into wine, or even sand dusts to diamonds.

Alkimia is an upshot of the owners' interests in the eccentric, eye-catching, offbeat and unconventional.

In 1998, Alkimia started as a consigner in fashion stores and a seller in Holiday bazaars.

In 2000, the first Alkimia kiosk was put up in Sta Lucia East Grand Mall in Cainta, Rizal. A year later, another booth opened in Robinson's Metro East in Pasig City.

For a few years in the early 2000s, Alkimia had a kiosk in SM Megamall, and small walled shop in Robinson's Mall, Junction Cainta, Rizal

Alkimia created a following of people that stand out from the crowd, people that are distinctive. People that are uncommon.

In 2011, Alkimia decided to give up its kiosk in the second floor of Sta Lucia East Grand Mall, and opened its first major "walled shop" on the 3F, Phase 3 of the same mall.

As a place for uncommon things for uncommon people, ALKIMIA offers handcrafted products from northern and southern Philippines, as well as hand-picked merchandise from countries like Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, Taiwan, and Russia.
