Bilang paghahanda sa pagbubukas ng Taong Panuruan 2020 - 2021, binubuksan po ng ating paaralan ang ONLINE ENROLLMENT para sa incoming GRADE 7 at TRANSFEREE STUDENTS mula sa iba't-ibang mga paaralan.

Maaari nang makapag-enroll sa pamamagitan ng tatlong pamamaraan:

KUNG GAGAMIT NG GOOGLE FORMS:

1. Gamit ang inyong laptop, desktop o smartphone, mag-log in sa inyong Google o Gmail account.

2. I-access po ang URL link na ito:

3. Mag-fill up sa form, ilagay ang mga kinakailangang impormasyon at i-sumite.

KUNG GAGAMIT NG CELLULAR O SMARTPHONE:

1. Gamit ang inyong cellular o smartphone, magtext lamang sa mga numerong ito: 0927-887-5338 o sa 0923-537-1788.

2. Ibigay lamang po ang kumpletong pangalan ng bata, tirahan, kasarian, edad at antas (grade level).

3. Hintayin po lamang ang kumpirmasyon mula sa mga numerong nabanggit.

1. Gamit ang inyong laptop, desktop o smartphone, mag-chat po lamang dito sa page ng ating paaralan.

2. Ibigay lamang po ang mga sumusunod na detalye:

- LRN
- Kumpletong pangalan ng bata, maging ang middle name
- Kapanganakan
- Edad
- Kasarian
- Baitang na papasukan
- Kumpletong address
- Pangalan ng magulang/tagapangalaga
- Numerong maaaring tawagan
- Paaralan kung saan huling nag-aral

3. Hintayin po lamang ang kumpirmasyon.

MGA PAALAALA:

1. Ihanda po lamang ang BIRTH CERTIFICATE at CARD (SF 9) sa paaralan na siyang magkukumpirma ng enrollment ng inyong anak.

2. Sa mga dati nang mag-aaral sa ating paaralan, kayo ay automatic enrolled na. Gayunpaman, kailangan ninyo pa ring gawin ang isa sa tatlong paraan ng pag-eenrol para sa kumpirmasyon.

3. Para sa mga nakapagpatala na noong EARLY REGISTRATION, maaaring hindi na gawin ang mga nabanggit.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Senior High School Voucher Application for SY 2019-2020 will open on Sunday, May 26.

For manual applications, mail or personally submit the filled out Voucher Application Form (VAF-1) and complete requirements to the PEAC National Secretariat, 5th Floor Salamin Building, 197 Salcedo Street, Makati City 1229 on or before May 31.

For online applications, submit the filled out form and scanned copy of complete requirements to the Online Voucher Application Portal (OVAP) on or before June 2. OVAP accounts may be created until May 31 only.

Please be reminded that Grade 10 completers from public schools, LUCs and SUCs, as well as Grade 10 completers from private schools who are Education Service Contracting (ESC) program grantees, are automatically qualified for the SHS VP and do not need to apply.
