Firewall Waterproofing 💦

✨[𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿]✨

Eto na ngaaaa during tumagos yung tubig sa aming firewall at ang affected ay 2 common rooms, toilet , masterbedroom and mastertoilet.

Hindi namin alam anong klaseng waterproofing ang nilagay ng contractor namin before para tumagas ng ganyan kalakas yung tubig.

So the best way to do is to do waterproofing again for the whole firewall instead na patch by patch na gingawa ng aming contractor.

We used Rain or Shine Extreme Waterproofing Paint 🔗 https://s.lazada.com.ph/s.lsmzr

We applied 2 coats per firewall, around 2-16L per wall.

So far okay naman yung common rooms so paulan ulan na weather. Malalaman ulit natin kapag may dumaan na bagyo 😂🫣

Finally we added some greens for 🌱

Just want to recommend our supplier Jayvie's Garden 👨‍🌾 super dali kausap at ang bilis ng transaction.

They are located along Santa Rosa - Tagaytay road.

I asked him if we can do grass installation muna for now para mas maging safe sa kids yung lanai and garden area namin. He recommend using “frog grass” mas madali ang maintenance.

For the planter box our home designer VBo architects + engineers recommend using calathea to***co at ang ganda ng kinalabasan. 🏡

For now they asked us to water the plants 2x a day for a week. 🌱

Before we start waterproofing kailangan namin muna linisin ang pader at lagyan ng epoxy ang mga cracks.

We got Pioneer Pro Concrete Epoxy

1L lang ito at kulang ang nabili dahil madami ang cracks na pader.

We also use steel brush to clean the wall surface para sa mga hindi pantay pantay na surface or mga conceete drip na tumigas na.

Kailangan din ng Metal Spreaders sa pag mix at pagpahid ng epoxy.

And lastly kapag natuyo na ang epoxy you need sand paper para makinis ang pader.

So far epoxy palang ang nalalagay at dahil umuulan today hindi pa muna matuloy ang pag lalagay ng waterproofing.
