James's flexibility towards different task is indeed commendable. Not only is he doing great work in making coffee, but he's also extending help at inventories, purchasing, events, and sometimes going above and beyond personally delivering customer's orders at their place.

As a barista, James know that their work impacts the overall experience of every customers who walk through the door that's why he always make sure to embody a professional demeanor and show genuine kindness and compassion to every customers we serve.
