Majority of Resort Owners&Operators Ay nag pulong upang ipa batid para sa lahat na ang ating resort industry at mag kakaroon ng STANDARD RATES DEPENDING ON THEIR RESORT CLASSIFICATION.

STANDAND RATE START PRICE.
UNTIL NOVEMBER 2ND WEEK ONLY. Price will change na po sa peak season til 3rd week of November - January 2nd week

WEEKDAYS 22HRS

6K = FOR BUDGET FRIENDLY RESORT
7K-8K = MIDDLE CLASS RESORT OR SEMI MODERN TYPE RESORT
10K-12K FOR MODERN TYPE RESORT.

NO LOWER THAN 6K 22HRS FOR WEEKDAYS RATE.

NOTE: Ito po ay para ma iwasan ang laganap na scam at maling impormasyon regarding sa presyo ng resort sa Pansol Calamba Laguna at Karatig na mga Lugar.

Wag naman po sana baratin ang mga private resort.

Wala pong below 5k na 22hrs weekdays man yan.. off peak man yan. Lalo na po kapag weekend/holidays/peak season.

Isipin nyo nlng po kung sa public kayo.

Wag naman po sana ganun na akala nyo mahal renta sa private khit off peak. Kya bbratin nyo..

May pinapasahod po kaming caretaker, may binabayaran kaming meralco. . 😴😴
