When I was in college,my height failed me to get into fast food job!! Until Dunkin Donuts and gave me a chance, my very first job ❤️so much memories & lots of good training! I even remember during the training in the office, they asked us how do we see ourselves 10 years then and I never thought my simple dreams was beyond what I wrote then ❤️❤️❤️ And turning vegan made me quit not just on any animal product but also to any deep fried food, and donuts is one of those that I miss in the beginning 😂, so here iam in a memory lane created a Dunkin’ Donuts inspired sweet memories — the dough is made of Kalabasa, almond & oat flour ( both flour is done from scratch where I made milk, and the pulp are the flour dehydrated overnight) sweetener is from agave with vanilla & almond extracts ❤️ and icings are made of dates flavored with cacao, chocolate and almond butter !! Who says I can’t eat donuts again 😂 and I remember those Valentine Days were those big days for us on how many people buy donuts for their love one, and i am so happy to have my own with my choices of ingredients, no deep frying , dehydrated for 4 hours to keep enzyme alive! So no worries for those who have issues with sugar levels ❤️ saraaaap grabeee!!

January 2016, 6 years ago, went to educate myself for a business reason.. the first week was exciting, discover so many possibilities. 2nd week, my body is changing, I was loosing weight while eating so much 😂 ang saya!! 3rd week my mind is changing.. the reason to go back to school again gave me a purpose and came home with an advocacy!!

Yesterday at thanks giving I finally tried again to make the first dish I have learned to cook for my love ones!! LASAGNA !!! It has been a favorite of those who have regularly dine in our home and even when I was still single!!! But last night was of course done in a vegan version!! I used Mongo as my alternative minced meat, and it’s just tonight I was able to taste it (the last 2 serving of left over of it 😂) & yes it brought me back in the old days iam learning to cook!! Even without dairy ( butter & cream frache) it’s almost in the same original recipe!! Next time I just need to prepare my vegan mascarpone to make it really perfect, just the way it was!!! And just like the old days, after few years finally celebrated it with Hugh (conny’s friend for More than 30 years ) and his family, he is the reason why we celebrate thanks giving every year!! but this time more meaningful, cherishing the good old days we had from the beginning of our friendships & creating new beautiful memories as neighbors ❤️ as we all grow old together as friends turn to a family, sharing the night to new friends in the neighborhood, that surely be turning as family too ❤️ happy thanksgiving again to everyone !!

sopas is the first filipino dish i learned to cook, i think i have tons of tweak & evolution recipes of this from the time i wasnt vegan & of course 6 years ago!! this one is glutten free with carrots and pechay.. but loads of garlic & onion with soya milk .. no butter, no oil & no méat of course 😍 perfect for rainy days !!
Hasselback potatoes or Potato à la Hasselbacken are a type of baked potato that is cut about halfway through into thin, fan-like slices. They can be served as a main course, side dish, or canapé. Various toppings can be added, such as caraway seeds, paprika, and bread crumbs., finally Olof has his Hasselback potato ❤️
Brunch ❤️ experimented a vegan yogurt & soya milk to use as cream for my portobello mushroom stroganoff. Pan Fry oil free with onion and garlic then add up Basil, oregano & a little squeeze of lemon . I wish I can share this to everyone now, amazing flavor, texture & of course the nutrition overload within ✅ &heal
