‼️ Calling all interested YOUTH of MUNICIPALITY OF CALAUAN, LAGUNA ‼️
Youth Works PH in partnership with PESO Calauan and Bangon Calauan Youth is offering FLEXIBLE TRAINING FOR WORK (FTW) PROGRAM.
✔️Be trained on CORE SKILLS and EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS
✔️TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL LEARNING
✔️IN-COMPANY TRAINING (OJT)
TARGET BENEFICIARIES:
📌18-30 years old
📌Currently not in employment, education, or training
📌At least high school graduate or grade 10 completer
📌Priority given to displaced workers, members of indigent families/groups, persons with disabilities
PROGRAM BENEFITS:
✔️ Free
✔️ Mobile internet and load allowance will be provided for online training and lend a learning device for free
✔️ Training kit
✔️ Mentor
✔️ Learn a variety of core skills (communications, interpersonal, problem-solving, leadership and professional skills) that are important in finding a job)
✔️Skills to Succeed (S2S) Academy’s online employability modules
✔️ Study at a technical-vocational school (for GCQ areas and face-to-face trainings are possible)
✔️ Undergo on-the-job training (OJT) with YouthWorks PH partner companies (will receive an allowance during OJT)
✔️ Help you apply for a job
✔️ Financial assistance (pre-employment benefits) for documents or requirements you need to work such as NBI clearance, medical certificate, or others)
RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING CERTIFICATES:
📌TESDA Online Program
📌Certificate from YouthWorks PH (completed core and employability skills and tech-voc training)
📌 Certificate from YouthWorks PH for graduation in OJT
AVAILABLE TRAINING POSITIONS:

✔️ Construction (Masonry, Plumbing, Scaffolding)
INTERESTED YOUTH may coordinate with the Bangon Calauan Youth Officers/Representative of their respective barangays, or PESO Calauan (HR Office, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building, Brgy. Silangan, Calauan, Laguna).

Nakibahagi ang KKDAT Brgy. Limao sa pangunguna at pakikipag ugnayan ni Bb. Crissa Jane Romanes (KKDAT Limao President/ KKDAT Municipal PRO) sa Tamlong Elementary School sa Brigada Eskwela noong ika-18 ng Agosto, 2022 bilang pakikiisa sa nalalapit ng Balik Eskwela.

Lubos po kaming nagpapasalamat sa pamunuan ng Tamlong Elementary School sa pangunguna ni Ma'am Josephine B. Marasigan sa mainit na pagbati gayun narin sa ibinigay pagkakataon sa aming grupo upang ang aming nasasakupan ay amin ding mapaglingkuran sa simpleng pamamaraan upang ang mga kabataan na ditoy nag-aaral ay mabigyan ng ligtas, maayos at kawili-wiling lugar ng pagkatoto.

Gayun narin po, lubos kaming nagpapasalamat sa mga kabataan na nakibahagi at naglaan ng oras at lakas sa nasabing Brigada. Ang inyong pakikiisa ay lubos naming ikinagagalak sapagkat eto'y ginawa nyo/ natin upang mabigyan sila ng maayos at malinis na paaralan.
