ON THE JOB TRAINING: Our farm manager, Mr. Osmena Tajo, gives lecture and on field training to Irene Batigolao, Kristine Joy Raganit, and Melanie Ramos, all 4th year BS Agriculture college students of the Visayas State University. 🧑‍🌾

Our farm manager, Osmena Tajo, signs the Memorandum of Agreement with the Visayas State University College of Agriculture, Baybay, Leyte, accepting several 4th year students of the university in the farm to complete the OJT requirements in their Bachelor of Science in Agriculture course. These students will stay in the farm to acquire the various skills and knowledge in cacao farming, organic fertilizer production, cacao harvest, and post-harvest practices. As a PhilGAP certified farm, we will share to these students our protocols on Good Agricultural Practices 🧑‍🌾🍫 ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
