Story Time: A Flash Express Rider tried to charge us almost 4 times the actual shipping fee

So i was in the office and i left the parcel to our care taker para if ever may magpickup na rider its ready na. The parcel are toys, obviously, weighing less than a kilo. One parcel is in a small box, the other one is in a larger box.

So here come the rider to pick up my parcel. Ngayun i thought it was going weel then he called again saying he cannot "confirm" my booking. He then proceed to request if pwedeng sya na lang mag book. Sabi ko, okay but i was starting to feel off about something. Now, nung sya na nagbook ang singil nya sakin 410. was like ha? Ang mahal. For a parcel na sobrang gaan. But then i said 50% na po ba yan? I began to think na baka ganun na rate ng flash. So para iwas hassle at di na djn magtagal si kuya binayaran ko na. Tas tumawag uli sya 459 pala daw. I paid again. But iniisip ko pa din ang mahal. Tas nung umalis na sya. Tsaka nasend sakin ni kuya pinakisuyuan ko na nagabot ng parcel yung computations ng SF. Then i saw yung computations. I saw 1 of the parcel is charged 3kg???!! Then i texted kuya sabi anlayo sa 3 kg nyanng parcel na yan. Sabi lang ni kuya depende kasi sa size. Doon na ko kinutuban. Di ako first time nagpadala sa flash. Di ako ganun kabilis maloloko. I contacted customer service of flash right away.

Kausap ko na si flash tinrack nila ung parcel ko. Ayun nga dapat 124 lang daw bbyaran ko for those two parcels. Yun daw ung nakaregister sa systems nila. So sabi ko nag overcharge si kuya. Confirmed.

Then i texted kuya. Sabi ko contacted ko na flash at alam ko na yung total na dapat shipping fee ko. Namali lang daw sya.

Naibalik naman na ung naiovercharge but then i filed a complaint.

Warning na din to sa kapwa ko sellers, be mindful and careful.
Lesson na to sakin, samin.
We easily trust people but when trust is broken it cannnot be easily repaired.
Mejo blasklist intl na si kuya rider sakin
May it be an honest mistake or nabukayo sya. SAna di na maulit

Okay may nang scam satin na rider ng flash. Confirmed. Story time tayu mamaya.

Still contacting the rider if ibabalik nya ung 4x over charge nya
