Recommendation:
Need to pulldown oil pan to check connecting rod bearing
(due to unusual noise at engine underneath)

Need to adjust valve clearance
(due to unusual noise at engine)

Need to replace Exhaust pipe gasket
(due to unusual noise at exhaust manifold)

Need to re-timing, timing belt 🔧
