The Northern Police District (NPD) under the guidance of PBGEN RIZALITO G GAPAS, District Director, lauded the effort of the Malabon City Police Station under the Supervision of PCOL JAY B BAYBAYAN Chief of Police.

At about 3:00 AM on July 24, 2024, Along Sitio 6, Barangay Catmon, Malabon City, Operatives of Warrant and Subpoena Section together with personnel of F2 RMFB-NCRPO arrested the accused by virtue of Warrant of Arrest.

The accused was identified Alias KING 37 years old and resident of Malabon City, and the warrant of arrest was issued HON. MISAEL MADELO LADAGA, Presiding Judge Regional Trial Court Branch 292, Malabon City dated July 1, 2024, for the crime of MURDER.

PBGEN RIZALITO G GAPAS, District Director, NPD joined a significant event on Tuesday in Sta. Cruz, Manila, where a Memorandum of Agreement was signed with DILG Secretary Benhur Abalos, PNP Chief Gen ROMMEL FRANCISCO MARBIL, and other District Directors of NCRPO. This partnership with the Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center ensures free or discounted hospitalization for PNP members. Also present were PCOL EROSITO N MIRANDA, DDDA, NPD, PCOL BENLINER L CAPILI, DDDO, NPD, and PCOL ALEX C DANIEL, OIC, CDDS. This collaboration is a significant step toward providing better healthcare support for our police force.

The Northern Police District (NPD) under the guidance of PBGEN RIZALITO G GAPAS, District Director, lauded the effort of the District Special Operation Unit under the Supervision of PLTCOL JOEL J CUSTODIO, C, DSOU.

At about 10:10 AM on July 23, 2024, along Lapu-Lapu Avenue, corner Pampano Street, Brgy. Longos, Malabon City, DSOU operatives together with personnel of NPD-DID, NDIT- RIU NCR, and Antipolo CPS served the Warrant of Arrest that resulted in the arrest of the accused.

The accused was identified as one male, 37 years old, and resident of Antipolo City, and the warrant of arrest was issued Aileen Liza Mamasabulod David, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 137, Antipolo City, Rizal dated September 3, 2021, for the crime of Murder (Art. 248 of the RPC).

At about 1: 20 AM on July 21, 2024, along Tumariz Street, Brgy. Tugatog, Malabon City, Personnel of SDEU-Malabon CPS conducted a buy-bust operation covered with PDEA coordination that resulted in the arrest of the suspect and seizure of 21 grams of suspected “shabu” with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) of (PhP142,800.00).

Suspect identified as:

1. Alias NANOY (Pusher/Listed), SLI, 43 years old, male, and resident of Malabon City.

Disposition: For filing appropriate charges against the arrested suspect.

At about 11:50 PM on July 20, 2024, at General Luis corner Diamond road, kaybiga, Barangay 166, Caloocan City, Personnel of Llano Police Sub-Station (SS7) served the Warrant of Arrest that resulted in the successful arrest of the accused.

The accused was identified as alias DADING YANGA, male, 42 years old, and resident of Caloocan City, and the warrant of arrest was issued by HON. FERDINAND CAMPOMANES BAYLON, Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 77, Quezon City, dated March 3, 2023, for violation of Anti-Carnapping Act of 1972 (RA 6539) and Robbery (RPC Art. 293).

At about 12:20 AM on July 21, 2024, along Lucas Cuadra Street Sta. Quiteria, Barangay 163, Caloocan City, Personnel of Warrant and Subpoena Section together with the personnel of Sub-Station 6 led by PMAJ WALDO G BONTOGON, SS6 Substation Commander, conducted a joint manhunt operation that resulted in the arrest of the accused.

Led by the Deputy District Director for Administration, 𝐏𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐄𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐍 𝐌𝐈𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐀, and with the support of the D-Staff, under the leadership of District Director NPD, 𝐏𝐁𝐆𝐄𝐍 𝐑𝐈𝐙𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐆 𝐆𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐒, the Northern Police District has smoothly managed the deployment of personnel for SONA 2024.

The process began with checking all personnel to ensure everyone was present and ready. Raincoats were handed out to keep everyone dry in case of rain. Personnel were then loaded onto trucks for transport to their assigned spots. A good meal was provided to keep everyone’s energy up. Officers gave clear instructions on what to do during SONA, stressing the need for alertness and professionalism

MOST WANTED PERSON ARRESTED BY DISTRICT ANTI-CARNAPPING UNIT-NPD

The Northern Police District (NPD) under the guidance of PBGEN RIZALITO G GAPAS, District Director, lauded the effort of the District Anti-Carnapping Unit under the Supervision of PMAJ MARK F OYAD, Chief, DACU.

At about 4:10 PM on July 19, 2024, at 13 Mangga St., Sto. Niño, San Mateo, Rizal, Personnel of District Anti-Carnapping Unit conducted manhunt operation that resulted to the arrest of the accused.

The accused was identified as one male, 39 years old, and a resident of Marikina City, and the warrant of arrest was issued by PRESIDING JUDGE ORVEN KUAN ONTALAN, Branch 285, Regional Trial Court, Valenzuela City dated July 7, 2024, for Violation of RA 10883 otherwise known as the Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016.

In preparation for the upcoming 3rd State of the Nation Address (SONA) 2024 of President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr., the Philippine National Police (PNP) is implementing heightened security measures to ensure the safety and security of the event.

Effective from 12:01 AM on July 20, 2024 (Saturday) until 12:00 midnight on July 22, 2024, the following regulations will be strictly enforced:

Suspension of Permits to Carry Fi****ms Outside Residence (PTCFOR): All issued permits allowing civilians to carry fi****ms outside their residences are temporarily suspended. This measure is to prevent any potential threats and maintain public order during the SONA.

Restriction on Transport of Fi****ms, Explosives, and Explosive Ingredients: The transport of any fi****ms, explosives, and explosive components is prohibited during this period. This is to ensure that no dangerous materials are brought into areas where they could pose a risk to public safety.

These security measures are critical to maintaining peace and order as we anticipate the SONA. The cooperation of the public is essential in upholding these regulations. Any individual found violating these directives will face legal consequences.
