It is with our heavy grief that we announce that our company Martinez Memorial Hospital has suffered a great loss due to the death of our very old and loyal employee Mr. Apolinario "Pol" Serra Sr. He suffered stroke while helping in putting out the fire near the hospital. He was one of our very hardworking and trustworthy people. He rendered an unconditional love and care to our institution even to the very last strength of his life.

Tatay Pol, Kuya Pol, Mang Pol is very dear to us. He will be missed! We Thank God for sharing to us the life of our beloved Pol.

We are requesting you to pray for the peace of his soul. May God give strength to his family members to cope with this huge grief. 🙏

It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that we share with you the passing of our Beloved President, Dr. Ferdinand A. Martinez.

Dr. Martinez dedicated his life in serving both patients and employees in Martinez Memorial Hospital for almost five decades . He was the Chief Surgeon known as a caring and a very kind physician to his patients.

He leaves behind an important legacy with a ripple effect of compassion that will continue to uplift the future generation of MMH.

As an engaging and charismatic leader,He built the strong bond of employees by being the example of a great team leader with compassion and dedication at work.

His death overwhelms us with a mixture of pain and disbelief which together with his imponderable absence, will surely remain as an indelible mark in the history of our institution.

To you, our dearest Dr. F. We can't thank you enough for being there for us (employees) in all seasons of our lives. Until your sunset days you managed to stay with us and chose to spend your last breath in our HOME the Martinez Memorial Hospital.

You made us strong by not giving up and taught us to continue to dream for a better institution to serve families and communities in need of healthcare.

You have done your best Dr. F. and its more than enough for us.
We want to say "Very Good and Job well Done! " just like what you always say to us when you praise us with our work.

We will never be the same but in our hearts you will live forever.

It is with great sorrow that we are struck with such loss and heart­break during this unpar­al­leled times from losing not only a colleague but also a friend.

Ma'am Thess was on the front­lines battling this pandemic for the patients, commu­nity and colleagues. She showed heroism in her profes­sional practice. She put her own life on the line to care for patients through this COVID 19 virus. MMH family, her family and friends have experi­enced a painful loss. The loss of one of our own adept regis­tered nurse is devas­tating.

MMH Family is honoring the life of one of our great health warriors who never gave up to serve the patients even to the last days of her life .

We will say Goodbye for now but in our hearts your smile and warmth of care will stay forever. 💜

Yesterday we Celebrated the 66th Foundation Day of Martinez Memorial Hospital & 59th year Founding Anniversary of Martinez Memorial Colleges. We are thankful to Father Romeo Tuazon for celebrating the holy mass with us.

Also, We comemorate the 112th Birthday of the late Founder Dr. Antonio C. Martinez.
