Yes, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is Real — And a Growing Problem

Have you ever found yourself tired even after a long time of rest? Then you might be suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (or CFS), which is a long-term illness characterized by extreme fatigue that doesn't improve with rest and worsens with physical or mental activity.

This condition affects multiple systems in the body, and its exact cause remains largely unknown, though it's believed to involve a combination of genetic, environmental, and psychological factors. Individuals with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome often experience persistent, unexplained fatigue that interferes with work, educational, social, or personal activities.

Patients also report a variety of other symptoms including muscle and joint pain, sore throat, headaches, unrefreshing sleep, and cognitive difficulties like memory loss and reduced concentration, often described as "brain fog." The impact of CFS on an individual's life can be profound. The persistent fatigue and array of symptoms can lead to physical, emotional, and social challenges, including isolation and difficulties maintaining employment or relationships. Diagnosing CFS is challenging because the symptoms of CFS overlap with many other illnesses. There is currently no cure, so treatment focuses on symptom relief and improving quality of life. This may include a combination of medication for pain and sleep disturbances, and cognitive behavioral therapy and graded exercise therapy, which gradually increases activity levels.

Something we all should know ❤️

A Caesarean section is a lifelong disability from the birth of a child until the death of a mother.

Many people often passes remarks like, "Oh, Caesar's pain is nothing but only cuts the stomach."

But let me tell you that the baby has to be brought into the world by cutting the 8 curtains of our body. Yes, maybe the feeling of cutting the abdomen is not understood coz of anesthesia before a caesarean section but within half an hour, 3 hours of saline are over.

This spinal injection injected into the spine through a thick syringe causes lifelong pain in the back of the woman..

The next 24 hours bring immense but endurable pain, akin to having a body part chopped without medicine.

For the first 24 hours, you can't even turn in bed or walk to the washroom.

When the anesthesia wears off, the pain causes you to squirm.

24 hours of saline is given, which is painful when injected into both hands. The saline running through the catheter in the urinary tract causes the body to tremble.

And still with all these struggles, we have to breastfeed the new born baby and smile at the Relatives and on top of it listen to the 100 uninvited advise people and relatives around.

I want to ask those who believe that women who have C-sections lack a deep connection with their babies, unlike those who have vaginal births, to reconsider their mindset.
Really?

You know sometimes long after the child birth we are tired and irritated, sometimes we can't get up immediately from sitting,
we can't bend and pick up the child,
We can't lift heavy things,
We can't walk for long,
We can't stand in ques,
As the back hurts bad!!!

But still we do everything,
We have to because we are born as "Woman, and Becomes A Mother now."

And still, if you have to hear that it's simply nothing to have a caesarean section delivery,
It hurts a lot then!

Hence, please remember that whether it is — may it be a Normal delivery or a Caesarean delivery — A woman, a mother, a wife (and so many roles she plays...) has to go through pain involved in both the cases and she deserves nothing but only respect and care. ❤️

Colossus is said to be the most powerful AI training system in the world.
