The Department of Health (DOH) calls on everyone to be always aware about how to respond to sudden cardiac arrest, as we observe National Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation or National CPR Day, as mandated by Republic Act No. 10871.

Save lives by learning the 4 C’s of hands-only CPR:

- Check if the victim is responsive.
- Call for help.
- Compress the chest at 100-120 beats per minute (think of popular dance songs) until help arrives.
- Connect an automated external defibrillator (AED) if available.

🦷 20 March is World Oral Health Day! 🌍

Almost half the world's population has gum or tooth problems. Here are some tips to maintain good oral health:

🪥 Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste

🧁 Cut down on sugar

🚭 Avoid all forms of to***co

🍹 Limit alcohol consumption

💧Choose water over other drinks

We use QUADRIVALENT FLU VACCINE which protects you against FOUR different FLU viruses including two Influenza A viruses and two Influenza B viruses.

Parents: as spring break approaches, make sure you and your loved ones are protected against measles before departure.

The measles (MMR) vaccine is safe and effective and best practice would be to get vaccinated at least two weeks before travel. Two doses of MMR vaccine are about 97% effective at preventing measles.
