A few days ago, there were parcels returned to us due to failed delivery attempts and the customers not responding to our messages; which was disheartening cause sourcing raw materials, weaving, drying, and packing do take time. And then this happened, our biggest order this month outside Shopee and we can now ship bulk orders to the North with less shipping fees for the buyer.
