Sa normal diet, nagko-consume tayo ng sugar, carbs, fats, and protein. Pagpasok sa katawan, mako-convert ang sugar at carbs to glucose. To produce energy, ang option ng body natin is to get fuel from glucose or from fats. Ang laging pinipili ng katawan natin ay glucose kasi mahirap i-convert ang fats.
Kaya ang naiwan na fats and protein, ay nata-trap at nagiging stored fats o TABA! (extra fats sa braso, bilbil, hita, double chin). Kapag naubusan na ng sugar ang katawan natin to convert into glucose and into energy, dun pa lang nya gagamitin ang stored fats. ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฎ
The problem is, kung daily tayo nagi-intake ng carbs and sugar, matatagalan ang katawan natin bago nya magamit ang stored fats, kaya maiipon at maiipon yun, kaya tayo tumataba nang tumataba. ๐
Kaya in this diet, i-restrict natin ang intake ng carbs and sugar para no choice ang katawan natin but to use the stored fats. Unti-unting mabu-burn ang mga taba natin at unti-unting mauubos. Tada!
PAPAYAT KA NA! ๐๐๐
Ano naman ba ang pwede kainin na kaunti lang ang sugar and carbs at mataas sa fats and protein?
