JLRArchitect before the year ends would like to thank the following beautiful people who made the year 2023 so remarkable.

We would like to thank my dear cousin Engr. Amy Lauron and agaw Cheche of Lauronrac for the trust, recommendation and for pushing us through to start and engage into construction.

We would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Guillermo and Martha Langbid from Montclair, California for the trust and having me as Architect Design-and-Build of their retirement home in San Fernando Philippines.

Also thanks to Carol and Eugene who have helped us out all the way till project completion.

We would like to thank Clark and wife from Merced California for having me as Architect Design-and-Build of their commercial building in San Fernando Philippines.

We would like to thank Jake and Jeddah Regis for having me as Architect Design-and-Build of their new home in Carcar.

We would like to thank also JAM Engineering my structural partner for the projects.

Special thanks to my dear and lovely wife Jeddah, Porferia my mother in law , lovely son Ethan and kids Jansen and Jam, my inspirations and my motivations.

I would like to thank also to my evergreen support my siblings and Indhira for creating this fb page.

Also thanks to my childhood friend bai George Cabungcal aka Adjot for assisting us of the permits and doing the legwork.

Thanks to Te Marlyn, Clark’s cousin for doing the same thing for us on permits.

Above all, we give thanks and praises to our almighty creator for the fortunes and blessings that we received for this year and for the past years.

Year 2023 is truly a remarkable year for us in the family.

Without these beautiful people + our faith in GOD, I could have not and would have not started any JLRA in the industry.

Construction is a very challenging thing as you have to consider Time and Cost however rest assured that JLRA is committed that paramount to everything, Quality is King.
