Qualifications:

🔵 At least Senior High School Graduate. Experience is an advanttage but not required.

🔵 Proficiency in MS Office specifically MS Excel and MS Word.

🔵 High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.

🔵 Above average written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

🟢 Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.

🟢 Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments

🟢 Typing, preparing and collating reports

🟢 Filing

🟢 Managing databases

🟢 Prioritising workloads

🟢 Logging or processing bills or expenses

🟢 Maintaining manpower monitoring database

Qualifications:
- Must have knowledge and experience in running a project in Construction Jobsite.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD and knows how to make Program of Works.
- Preferrably graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Must have keen eye on architectural details.
- Hardworking
- Team Player
