As we start the countdown of INKMORTALIZE 2 TATTOO COMPETITION which will be held at Crispy City this coming June 30 & July 1, 2023, allow us to present to you our esteemed judges for this event.

Meet JUDGE DANISH SAMSON, an exceptional tattoo artist hailing from Talisay City and a proud member of Inkpulse Tattoo Shop. Danish's journey began in 2008 under the mentorship of Ronald Cecillia, marking the inception of a career in the world of tattooing.

Danish's early influences were shaped by the local talent that surrounded him. He looked up to revered artists such as Ian Cabrido, Carlo Gabiana, and Ricky Santa Ana, drawing inspiration from their unique styles and dedication to their craft. As his horizons expanded, he sought inspiration from international artists like Paul Booth, Kat Von D, Brandon Bond, and Dmitriy Samohin, whose mastery of tattoo artistry left an indelible impression on him.

His artistic journey initially led him to specialize in colored tattoo pieces, demonstrating his exceptional ability to bring vivid and captivating designs to life. However, a turning point in his career came when he crossed paths with the renowned black and gray artist, Edu Ruidera. This encounter sparked Danish's interest in black and gray tattoos, leading him to further develop his skills and explore new creative avenues.

Danish's versatility as an artist and his commitment to pushing boundaries make him a valuable asset to our judging panel. His broad knowledge of various tattoo styles, combined with his discerning eye for detail, ensures a fair and comprehensive evaluation of the contestants' works.
