. Here’s our video for this year’s SPOP Music Festival, “Kwarto”.

This song was written in the hopes of raising awareness of today’s current mental health crises, specially in our young populace. As depression, anxiety, and su***de rates increase, the Kwarto Team wishes to strip the sugarcoat around mental health and reveal the ugly truth — that it’s real.

We hope through this, we can impart a simple assurance to all who keep on remaining locked in their kwartos — Diri ka naguusahan.

And most of all, encourage those outside their kwartos to knock on the doors and windows of the people locked up inside. A simple kumusta can save lives.
