Futsal Camp Feature: ⚽️

This is Eoin Apa, 10, of Sitio Lower Panabang, has heard of soccer since he was four years old, idolizing Cristiano Ronaldo. He settled with playing badminton having rackets available at home. Now that he’s 10, his soccer curiosity grew after his online friends on Roblox talked about it. When he heard about the soccer clinic from his mother who works as a treasurer at the Apas barangay hall, he registered in a heartbeat.

In celebration of World Bamboo Day, JCI Zugbuana, along with JCI Metro Cebu Uptown, joined the opening salvo last June 1, 2024 at Kabilin Nature Farms and Bamboo Center in Brgy. Biasong, Balamban, Cebu.

Through participation of bamboo awareness globally, 222 bamboo seedlings were planted around the area. 🎋💚

In partnership with Chong Hua Hospital - Mandaue OBGYN Department and Brgy. Tejero, JCI Zugbuana conducted the HealthyHer Medical Mission last March 16, 2024. 🩺

During the medical mission, over 200 women were catered. We would like to thank all the partners, sponsors and stakeholders who helped to make this happen, specifically: Rose Pharmacy, Unilab, Inc., Altomed Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Human Nature, Cebu Cardinal Bakeshop, Dunkin' Donuts, Thirsty, Nikki's Food Station, and Prints for Brands.

A fun-filled week dedicated to celebrating teamwork, dedication, and most of all, creating unforgettable memories on and off the field. ☀️

JCI Zugbuana proudly presented the award of BOOKas Mobile Library to 4 schools during RAFI’s KAP Teacher Fellowship Program Culmination, a numeracy and literacy remediation program for struggling Grade 4-6 learners.

BOOKas Mobile library is a project that dedicates a mission for better education to ensure that every student has access to the resources they need to thrive. Today a reader, tomorrow a leader. 📖

On the 2nd Area Council Meeting, held in Roxas City last May 11, 2024, brought together members from various chapters of Area 4, ensuring aligned efforts and creating better impact for the community with this year’s projects.
