Camden Cafe was a stroke of good luck, a cafe we stumbled on as it was just behind our hotel and we were looking for any place nearby that was open early, before we roamed around Cebu city. Like everywhere else in Cebu, everything on the menu was cheap. The serving was large, almost for two, and most importantly, the food was good.
