𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍 | The Josenian Debate Varsity (JDV) has advanced to the novice Grand Finals in the 15th Luzon Intervarsity 2023

After intense rounds, Team Ruth and Joy (Magi Ruth Fernandez and Alexandria Joy Jordan) successfully reaches the novice Grand Finals, while team "Debate=Antipoor" (Arhon James Cuizona and Princess Abigail Tan Alota) came close in the novice semifinals.

Team Ruth and Joy division will be competing for the novice Grand Finals today, November 13, 2023, at 1:30 PM, hosted at the University of the Philippines, Los Baños, and will be competing against schools such as PUP, Ateneo de Zamboanga University, and the University of Nueva Caceres.

Congratulations to the teams, and good luck to the debatistas!

Classes in Basak Campus to transition online as USJ-R hosts 2023 Bar Exam - University of San Jose - Recoletos All classes in the Basic Education Department (including Senior High School in the Main Campus) and classes of the School of Education and Computer Studies will be transitioned online from September 14 to 24, 2023 due to the 2023 Bar Exam.

Today, our corps commander and staff, together with the BSP Field Adviser, Mr. Odiver Baylosis, visited Rev. Fr. Persiuz Joseph M. Decena, OAR, our Basic Education Director and Vice President for Identity, Formation and Mission. Fr. Decena had a dialogue with the leaders on his expectations to the unit. Fr. Decena's mission to the boys is to be a brother to each scout.

Through dialogue, we hope to move forward with the full support of our administrators. SD!

𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍 | USJ-R Senior High School Department bags the Inter-school Quiz Bowl Competition championship.

Today at the CITE Technical Institute Inc. Talamban, Cebu City, the brilliant academic knowledge of 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐘𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐆𝐨, a grade 12 STEM student, and 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐲, a grade 12 ABM student, earned the highest 41 points after the three rounds of a wide variety of questions with their coach, Mr. Jeo Rocel R. Cabilao, a faculty member under the LMC-English cluster.

Among the closely competitive representatives were from Abellana National High School, Cebu City National Science High School, Talamban National High School, and others.
