Please be advised that in observance of Holy Week 2023, Bharat Spice will be closed from April 6 to 8 (Maundy Thursday to Black Saturday).

We will resume restaurant operations at 11:00 AM on April 9, 2023 (Easter Sunday).

We are glad to announce that Bharat Spice is back after repairing damage caused by typhoon Odette and is ready to serve our dine-in and takeout customers during our usual hours (11:00AM - 9:00PM), seven days a week.

We are also back on the GrabFood platform for delivery!

Warm wishes this Easter season from all of us here at Bharat Spice! We will be closing our doors for the holidays from the 1st to the 3rd of April, before resuming regular operations from 11:00 AM to 9:00PM on Easter Sunday, the 4th of April.

Wishing all of you and your family a very happy holiday from us here at Bharat Spice! We will be open daily for dine-in (with limited seating) and also for take-out and delivery via GrabFood, except from the 24th to the 26th of December, and from the 31st of December to the 3rd of January.

As Cebu City and the rest of the Philippines slowly begins to open up its doors for business after the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, we at Bharat Spice feel that it is about time that we return to our restaurant's mission of providing authentic Indian cuisine to our valued guests and patrons.

As such, we will tentatively begin operations on the 6th of June (Saturday), offering our customers the opportunity to order our food for take-out. We have begun the process of reestablishing our restaurant with our delivery partner, GrabFood, so this should take another day or two to set up.

Tentatively, our operations will run the usual seven days a week, taking our first orders at 11:00 AM all the way until last order at 7:30PM.

We're excited to finally get back to doing what we love, but want to emphasize how important the safety of our customers and staff are to us. Please bear with us as we attempt to adjust and adapt our kitchen and service processes and operations to the new normal that currently exists.

In the light of recent local government directives calling for the implementation of public health safety measures in response to the rapid spread of the novel coronavirus pandemic through the Philippines and the rest of the world, our management has decided to temporarily stop operations.

We may possibly adjust this or extend later offerings for delivery via our partner, GrabFood, but these are contingent on management approval. This temporary closure will persist for as long as Cebu remains in community quarantine. Thank you for your continued support, especially in this time where we truly need each other's help and insight.

Though providing the diners of Cebu with an authentic Indian food and dining experience remains one of our top priorities, the safety of our valued guests and essential employees easily trumps this in our book.

In this light, the management has decided to shorten Bharat Spice's daily operating hours from 10AM till 7:30PM beginning on March 16 until further notice.

Update: As of March 29, the management has taken stock of the current global pandemic and has adopted suggest security measures put out by local government units, resulting in the temporary closure of our restaurant. We're very sorry but hope that you all stay safe.
