Using only the best ingredients for our pizzas, like this San Marzano Tomatoes D.O.P.
The acronym stand for “Denominazioned' Origine Protetta” meaning "Protected Designation of Origin", a certification received by tomato farmers that follow multiple, specific guidelines. Starting with the seeds of the tomatoes that must date back to the original strain of San Marzano tomato. They cannot be genetically modified in any way.

The Morning Fog Chardonnay with aromatics of creamy lemon curd, graham and a touch of floral and vanilla balanced with a lingering minerality and natural acidity pairs wonderfully with our Burrata Fragola Balsamico.
The burrata is drizzled with fennel infused oilive oil, balsamic Bianco and topped with shaved frozen strawberries, and finished with basil chiffonade.

We've been using "Fior di Latte: instead of the commercialized mozzarella for better flavor and texture being a full cream cow's milk mozzarella direct from Italy.
Prosciutto di Parma and dollops of truffle pesto, and drizzling of premium extra virgin olive oil is a roller-coaster ride of flavors on your palate.
The bomb part? The addition of burrata, seasoned with malden salt and some fresh cracked black pepper completes the pizza.
Hint: Take a little of the burrata as you go so you don't get your pizza soggy. Be pizza responsible!
